Feedback: "Ask if Single" should not be available for Child sim

Feedback/request: The Friendly -> Small Talk interaction "Ask if Single" should not be available when interacting with a Child sim. Hopefully for obvious reasons 😬, but also because gameplay does not allow Child sims to NOT be single.
