[RL] Dynasty Ideals still selectable despite the existence of conflicts

The Scholarly Ideal lists the Style Influncer Career as a discouraged career while the Diplomatic Ideal lists the Style influencer as an encouraged career. This ought to pose a conflict and prevent a...

EA_Solaire​ Okay, so you have a dynasty that both encourages and discourages the same career. Setting aside that this doesn't make any sense from a role playing standpoint, from a purely game mechanics standpoint, what's the effect of such a conflict? Do they cancel each other out? Does one supersede the other? If so, which one? And how are players expected to know this?
