It's an heirloom eligible item with a price, but only shows up with the live edit objects cheat - not categorized or in normal buildbuy catalog.

I noticed the same issue with the Wooden Picnic Table as well. Only available with the live edit objects cheat. It also has a rather simplistic name and description just like with the Wooden Bench and both cannot be eyedropped either.
