Sims 4- Fix this game on Xbox. Please.

I’ve had so many problems with the Sims 4 on Xbox. It crashes, things get stuck on screen, don’t get me started on the rental pack, and now i find out I can’t recover old saves? Are you kidding me? I accidentally saved over a world I was working really hard on, it was really the only one I played and I didn’t even notice I did this until this morning. So naturally I panicked and head to google only to find out if I’m playing on an Xbox, there’s no way to recover my saves. It seems every other platform has a way to do this except Xbox, just my luck! I don't know if this is an Xbox issue and something I should complain to them about but it’s safe to say I’m pissed. I love the sims and I’m not going to stop playing it, but please for the love of God, fix your game.
