Sims 4 Adding loans or mortgages in the game

Because i'm getting tired of using cheatcodes all the time to get money, why not add the option to loan money of get a mortgage. That would make the game so much interesting.

And also, why isn't there a doorbell after all these years? Isn't that a small adjustment in the game? Please add!
