Sims 4 open worlds?!? Plz!?!

Soooo long time simmer here,

love the sims 4 do not get me wrong, but could we possibly make it like sims 3 again? I know , with all the content and loading, some people’s games could not handle this BUT sims 3 was such a big breakthrough and i wonder if any else feels like we needs cars, open world, etc!
