@Xemisa2World consoles can only handle so much unfortunately. There's no way it could handle that many save games. I can only speak as an Xbox player but after extensive advice from Xbox Support, the game runs better with less storage used not more. I run 2 save games on Xbox Series X with all packs and never go over 3. We're currently seeing a raft of major saving problems/bugs. The first thing I always say, after getting that advice from Xbox Support over the years is to cut anything non essential and reduce your save files. It's in our standard troubleshooting advice too. This game is absolutely vast and even on a next gen console there are limits. A library expansion would also cause more problems too as filling the library itself causes issues. Increasing it would undoubtedly cause instability.
I get that in a ideal world it would be great if our consoles could handle that amount of game, but in reality I know that Xbox can't. I remember telling Xbox Support that I had loads of free space back on Xbox One but they just told me it doesn't matter, it doesn't work that way. It takes a lot of power to run a game of this size.
So while I get that you'd like to see that and it would be great if it was possible but until consoles are made to be powerful enough to handle it, to optimise our game performance it's better to use less storage not more. Until Microsoft and PlayStation produce the kind of super console that can cope with it.
For the glitches you are seeing, we have a bug section here if you'd like to take a look at how it works:

I'm going to add the console troubleshooting steps for you too.
Okay. Good point. I am actually quite satisfied with that answer as far as more space, etc. That makes sense. When the game is running smoothly, I am happy with it. I will check out the glitch information, thank you!
