Sims 4 Weather Suggestion - Blackout Lot Trait

we know that electrical powerouts happen in real life.  When there is a lightning storm or a snow storm, power does go out.  It would have been nice if the devs added that to the Lots Challenge Trait...

omg yes totally, they should've come with Seasons for sure because that pack is season related so a blackout lot trait/challenge makes so much sense to have them in The Sims 4
