Re: Sims smarter but less autonomous?

I don’t know about you but I’m a player than enjoys setting the stage and watching what my sims do, who they talk too, how their traits impact their socialization and relationships and life. I don’t like micromanaging every little bit of it. Since this recent update my sims are mostly just standing around looking around, even when sims are nearby. These sims were suppose to be behave more intelligently since the autonomy update but I feel like besides taking care of their needs and occasionally small chatting other sims their not doing anything besides standing around or reading books. All my sims are obsessed with reading books now.

I feel like the autonomy is broken I think it was way better before, at least sims we”re coming up with their own conversations, flirting, behaving in ways that had to do with their traits, the game felt more lively, Im sorry to say I feel like this update took that away and I’d really like it fixed. Is anyone else noticing this? Maybe it’s just broken in my game, because I don’t know if anyone else is noticing it? But I can barely play now because all they do is stand around, their not acting any different from one another. I was really excited for this update I thought it would improve what we already have but I feel like as far as Autonomy goes it took a huge step back, like years back.

I hope they fix this and make it the way it was, I don’t want more intelligent sims if they are gojng to be this dull. Their reminding me of mindless robots not emotional beings that they were starting to become. I hope this doesn’t sound mean I mean it as constructive criticism and really hope it will get fixed.
