Sims Don't React To Windy Weather

I don't know if it has been mentioned in a while but it strikes me odd that Sims will react to most kinds of weather (rain/snow/lightning/hot and cold etc) but as far as I can tell they will never react to Windy weather.

It's funny because in the Seasons Trailer they show a Sim walking through the seasons and they very clearly react to the wind.

I could have sworn at some point Sims would react to the wind but also at some point I think they removed it and I don't know why. Am I wrong?

    I don't see the reaction to the wind. I do see a sim reacting to Patchy in the fall, just right before a thunderstorm where the sim is hit by lightning. That is they only place that I could clearly see a "windy day" happening before the storm. The sims do react to temperature,
