Sims should not have to befriend sims for careers/hobbies or their way of life

I have been meaning to bring this up for a while now because it is very, very annoying and inconvenient, especially for my celebrity sims. 

For the reaper profession, my sim would have to introduce herself to sims in order to complete the work tasks such as get to know a witness or comfort them. 

To participate in The Humor and Hijinks Festival, my sims have to introduce themselves to sims they don't know in order to participate, at least as far as pranking goes. 

My vampires that politely ask someone for their blood will go into the red relationship bar if they are not friends with the sim they ask to feed on. If the sim doesn't like it, they should just say no and that is that. Not say oh yeah sure, here is my wrist and then end up a negative relationship when these things affect a celebrity's reputation. 

I am sure there are more instances of having to befriend sims than I have listed here, but the idea remains the same. I do not want my sims to have to introduce themselves to all these random sims, especially my celebrity sims. It really takes away from the celebrities as they're supposed to be hard to get to know and blow off almost all introductions from non-celebrity and lesser celebrity sims. This has become a huge drag on my game and the more I explore the packs that I own, the worse it gets. This should be common sense stuff and eventually I am going to get tired of offering feedback or complaining and seeing nothing come of it. Peace!
