Another problem, even bigger...
It seemed my tenant wanted to Revolt in that house with *5 stars, *Large sized, *Luxury amenities, *Decent environment, *Amazing maintenance that I've responded to within seconds every time usually sending a professional (+300$ to +600$ charge) multiple times a week. The same happened earlier while my sim was on vacation (first ever) and with no way to send a "Conciliatory Letter" or ending the vacation after less than 24hrs I started the last save before the vacation also to see if it would happen again, it did. So, I'll be selling the property and that expansion will go on as the electronic headache, money grabbing Trash that it is.
