Sound made by babies milestones

I am not sure , if this post will reach the programmers ...          but i had to say this ...

When your baby fulfill a milestone, a massage pops up in connection with a sound.     This sound suggests me a failure.          It should sound happy/light/joyfull .... don't you think ?
