Stop the game from assigning sims with careers or active sims to npc jobs

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know
What happens when the bug occurs? The games keeps assigning sims with careers and even active households to NPC jobs like bartender, massage therapist etc. This is really frustrating seeing your own sim who is a CEO as a nail technician. I get the game does these randomly (which is ridiculous in itself since sims 2&3 had much better systems) but since the game developers do not plan to actually change this awful random way of doing pretty much every single thing without any design in mind, can it be possible to at the very least do a career and active household check and remove them from the potential random pool. Or allow me as a player to remove these jobs from my sim. If you will not design this properly at least allow players to bring some order to the chaos.
What do you expect to see? At the very minimum allow me as a player to remove the npc role from my own created and played sims or a sim I assigned an actual career to. I am a rotational player and seeing my own currently not played sim, which still is in my active households in a npc role without my say so is beyond frustrating.

Exclude sims with careers and active households to noc roles. I don’t care who is assigned to those roles but hate having a sim that already has a job or one I have in my active household in a noc role. It’s game breaking.
