Hi EA Support,

I’m really upset because I bought the Sims 4 Cats and Dogs pack for around $40, and I was able to play it before. Now it’s completely gone from my game and even from my purchase history—but I 100% played with it before. I feel like my money just disappeared.

This makes me not trust any of the Sims 4 content I’ve bought. Because of this, I’m asking for a full refund for all the packs I’ve purchased. I spent real money, and now the game is acting like I never did. That’s not fair.

Please help fix this or give me my money back. I just want what I paid for.
