Okay, so I haven't been scrolling here too long so apologies if someone has already posted asking about/for this but I think even with the relatively recent adding of hearing aids and 'medical devices' as body details/accessories, there's still so much more could be done about making Sims more representative of real-world differences that should and can be celebrated in game.
Finding a way to add mobility aids and ramps and lifts to have Sims with mobility issues. Having a trait relating to sensory sensitivity alongside the existing options have dimmer lights and quieter music. Having an option when you click on a Sim with a hearing aid to adjust the input from the hearing aid - and even turn them off! Give us the option to give Sims prosthetic limbs - and again, the option to take them off, with in-game consequences for using them too long like reducing the energy bar faster and it taking longer to return to normal. Maybe there could even be a few bb objects to help with mobility, even if they're just for show and you can't interact with them?
Idk, just a few thoughts. Please do feel free to reply to this with any thoughts of your own, I just feel that this is something that's been missing from the base game for a while.
Agree with all. I've suggested mobility inclusion with ramps, elevators and prosthetics for physical disabilities too a long time ago, but the game developers still avoiding this topic.
I had a werewolf once that i turned back to human with cheats and she kept her sensitivity to loud sounds. That was really interesting to see and is clearly possible.
