I would like to suggest adding more disability representation to The Sims.
The Sims is a game where players can create people with different appearances, personalities, lifestyles, and backgrounds. However, there are still very limited ways to represent people with disabilities.
It would be meaningful to have options such as wheelchairs and other mobility aids, prosthetic arms and legs, hearing aids and cochlear implants, guide dogs or assistance animals, visual and hearing impairments, sign language, and accessibility features such as ramps and accessible bathrooms.
I hope disabilities can be represented as a natural part of a Sim's identity and everyday life, rather than being defined only by limitations.
People with disabilities live ordinary lives, have relationships, work, study, raise families, pursue hobbies, and build their own homes just like anyone else.
The Sims has always been about creating different kinds of lives and stories. I hope disability can become a natural part of that diversity as well.
I would love to see The Sims become a game where players with disabilities can create Sims that reflect themselves more accurately.

Just an FYI, hearing aids are already in-game they are classified under the same category as earing. As for your other suggestions, dogs and cats are not able to be a playable sim, so how would that work? Also for your mobility aid suggestion, they would need to make all new animations and that costs money. The game is a over a decade old, how much funding do you think they will allocate
