Suggestion: No teeth for CAS teeth
Yes, I was thinking. The elderly don't always have teeth. So why not include the no teeth in the CAS.

They got dentures in game as an object............so I'm assuming elders already come with dentures in game.
I'm not interested in this game feature. It's already featured gameplay with the tooth fairy.
Children lose teeth in the game and it's so cute.🙂
That would be cool and more realistic because most elders have dentures I would love a gameplay with teeth less elders.
But I mean, in the CAS the player would have the option of making teethless or with teeth Sim, if desired. That's what i mean.

agreed, my mom don't have teeths, she have dentures and i for one love to have them in the game
It's not just elders IRL who don't have teeth. I will be needing dentures myself sooner than later and I'm far from being an elder. :)
I agree a lot of people in their late 20's and early 30's have veneers or have replaced teeth and some of them have dentures.
It's not about age in most cases.
