Suggestion: Option to Disable Career Burnout in The Sims 4

Dear The Sims 4 Team,

I really enjoy playing The Sims 4 and appreciate all the updates and new features you’ve added over the years. However, I’d like to suggest adding an option to disable career burnout in the game.

While I understand the intention behind adding burnout as a realistic challenge, it can sometimes negatively affect gameplay—especially for players who prefer a more relaxed or story-driven experience. Giving us the ability to toggle burnout on or off (similarly to other features like autonomy or aging) would offer more flexibility and let players tailor the game to their preferred playstyle.
