Sometimes I want to play a new game with the existing townie, but I have to create a new player only just to leave their house to go to the townie house. A way to start as an existing townie will be nice.

To do that make sure you have saved the Sim to your library. start a new game and import the Sim to CAS replacing the generated Sim there.
your reply…..??? This was a suggestion for the sims 4. We Can’t start the game with a townie. Your reply was irrelevant to the suggestion of adding this feature. I was asking if a feature of skipping cas can be created. So if you can’t create this feature no need for a reply stating to start a new game. I was simply suggesting the feature to be added to skip creating in cas.
