Swimsuit issue
The pink default underwear is showing under this base game swimsuit. It may be due to this one-piece swimsuit being listed as a Top, rather than a Full Body garment.

I've moved your thread to the Feedback boards, as this swimsuit categorization is by design. As you've guessed, since this swimsuit is categorized as a top and can be worn with pants, the appearance of underwear is to be expected. Thanks for the feedback!
