Hi!
I'd like to send my suggestion for a new expansion pack: Music Life.
Some ideas for the pack:
Making a band and playing together and other interactions like we had on Sims 3, making jam sessions and something like that.
Playable musician career (like the police, medical, etc), where you must go to practice sessions, concerts, etc. You should choose between band member (guitar and singing) ou orchestra musician (violin and piano)
Music festivals
Recording studio, where you can record an album and earn money (like happens composition on violin and piano) and maybe win prizes like Simmy Awards (the The Sims' Grammy)
More musical instruments (bass, drums, sax, cello...)

Hi all! I'm a long time Simmer, like a day one Simmer, but I'm new to the forum. I came here b/c I have an idea and wonder what everyone's thoughts are about this...
I love creative Sims, especially musicians, but it's always bugged me that there's never been an actual band in the game. I never understood why. I'm thinking going to auditions, making the band, performing at concerts, fans, stans, trolls, stalkers. Why hasn't this been done already? If the devs ever consider doing it, please, please, please make it interactive. For me, there's nothing worse than watching my Sim disappear for hours in time lapse. I'm thinking along the line of Get Famous, but more. Like actually going to the audition and competing for a spot in front of a panel with other Sims. Adding a drum set would be cool, too. Putting singers and musicians together in a group. And signing to a label like Sims find an agency for acting. They can even start in their garage to build skills, sell merch, have an entourage. It would work perfectly with the entertainer career. I play a lot now, but if this was a Get Famous update it would be hard to stop playing. Actors are the only ones having fun right now.
I haven't bought any new content because honestly, I'm not into the occult, and don't have fur-babies irl, so I wasn't interested. And in this economy I need to think about where I put my $$$. So if this level of gameplay is in one of the new packs please let me know. And tell me how you feel about the playthrough. Thanks guys!
