I have just been thinking that they haven't fully done coastal style. I'd be interested in the Greek theme. Another that they haven't actually done is the type of coastal in the American southeast. They did a New England theme and a more Hawaiian/Polynesian theme but they have not done the style of coastal found in the warmer American southeast such as in North and South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Bermuda and other areas with coastlines. It is a popular contemporary style:

While they have done some American styles, that one has not really been added. It is not really like New England especially with the wider white beams, the warmer colors and the different type of nautical/beach style. I could see that as a kit at least or possibly with a different beach. Along with that, we have not seen Caribbean style.
