The Sims 4 get to work upgrade

since we all hate that our sim enters rabbit hole when they go to work, i’d suggest like a “get to work” expansion where your sim can decide to go to work with them or enter the rabbit hole (like active highschool) for EVERY existing career + maybe add some more small careers like full time nanny or firefighter stuff.
