Theme hospital
I used to love the game theme hospital, in fact I was obsessed. I think having an expansion pack where the sims can visit the hospital would be really cool. Also being a doctor/nurse/cleaner/cook/mor...

pixiedust_3004 you can already be a Doctor or a Nurse and work at the Hospital with the Get to Work pack but you can't visit it with a current Sim as a patient and it doesn't feature the other roles you mentioned or the ability to send more than one played Sim there at a time as an active work day. I've seen a lot of requests for a pack refresh with expanded gameplay and fixes but whether that will happen or not remains to be seen.
