[LD] [CL] Podium Missing 'Give Speech' Interactions

What the title says. The Object tuning file for the "FuneralPodium" is missing the give speech interactions from city living.

    This is currently functioning as designed- the "Give Speech" interaction is only available for the podiums with City Living. Please feel free to provide your feedback on this design choice here if you'd like.
