Sorry for the crazy late response, if you see this at all, there's no "tortoishell" breed for cats in the Sims 4. I noticed when I was trying to recreate my cat in the game, it'd be a great feature to be added if at all possible.

@Rosebud3457 Tortoiseshell isn't a breed of cat. Like Tabby isn't a breed either. You can create them though using CAS. It refers to the pattern on their coat, not the breed.

I've had a Tortoiseshell patterned cat who was called an Oriental cat by her vet and you will certainly see those in the game, Calico's look more like her colouring though. Until he named her breed I'd just called her a Tortoiseshell until he corrected me.

My cat now is a British Shorthair with a Silver Tabby Tortoiseshell.

I attach a web search confirming.

Edit: I've been through the fur patterns in CAS and attached the ones I'd go for. Depending on the fur length and body type of your cat I'd choose American Shorthair/Longhair or Oriental Shorthair/Longhair then go to Coat Colour and Pattern and then switch up the colour swatches to fit. The beauty of tortoiseshells is that they are so unique in their colouring but hopefully you'll be able to achieve something like your own pet. You could also try paint mode. Or you could look at the Calico breed.

I think most people just call them a tortoiseshell in every day life, I know I certainly did and I do the same with my tabby. But in anything that requires a specific breed name you are unlikely to see them. I got really confused with paperwork with mine when I wasn't absolutely certain what breed to choose for her.

I checked with another Tortoiseshell owner last night to see if she'd been told the specific breed of her cat and she is actually a Calico although everyone just calls her a Tortoiseshell. She has the black, brown, white and ginger pattern. I can create her in the game with the Calico breed/fur pattern.
