Thanks. I agree, the difference is astonishing and terribly misleading, not the creator's fault though. They should definitely be tagged as CC in the gallery. I did notice a "custom hair" tag in the description.
I wonder if there is a bug report for this, I'm assuming it is a bug of some sort or maybe the gallery isn't clever enough to pick up CC hair. Did you check the bug forum? https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/The-Sims-4-Bugs
There is no Gallery bug. This is a clear example of creators circumventing the Gallery and using S4PE and Tray Importer to upload to the Gallery with unmarked CC, custom poses, etc. and they're spamming the "Popular Now" page. I'm sick and tired of it.
