Still waiting on someone from EA/Maxis to acknowledge this.
When I tried to report the sims with CC being tagged as no CC I got an email saying "We reviewed your report and didn't take any action this time. We investigate the context before deciding if reported content or accounts follow the guidelines in our Positive Play Charter and the rules in our User Agreement. Sometimes, a single comment in a broader conversation—or an opinion that differs extremely from yours—may not be a violation."
So yeah, apparently that's fine and not against any rules
