Id also like it if your sim has a chance of having a dream or nightmare each night. When your sim wakes up, they may have an inspired, energetic, dazed +1 moodlet depending on the dream. Traits can affect it too. Like if you have a jealous trait, a jealous sim may wake up from having a dream their partner was cheating. This can give a +1 angry moodlet
