Why are stalls not auto manned on public lots?

I know this issue has been mentioned in several places and forums already but I am mentioning it again. Come EA this needs addressing. Why should I need to pay 100 simoleons to then also have to pay ...

In order for your food stalls to function with NPC manning the stall you have to have the expansion "Eco Lifestyle Expansion Pack" and you have to select the lot type as "community center" and then make the community center a "marketplace" that's the only way it works for me. I also think it sucks that it isn't automatic with any lot type.

@Chibikaka Okay, so that's probably proof that it should be working, but has only been successfully implemented on one lot type so far.

I hope we can get EA's attention and have them put this on a laundry list soon.
