Why are the giveaways in the discord server only for certain countries?

Does anyone know why when there’s a giveaway/challenge to win any packs in the official sims 4 discord server it’s only for certain countries? And does anyone know specifically why it’s not for the N...

It's probably because of laws regarding giveaways in those countries, too much legal hassle. I am surprised they have other countries besides US and Canada, they usually only have those two countries.
