Why are the giveaways in the discord server only for certain countries?

Does anyone know why when there’s a giveaway/challenge to win any packs in the official sims 4 discord server it’s only for certain countries? And does anyone know specifically why it’s not for the N...

I don't know if it's the reason but I found this

EU Countries and Giveaway Laws - General Considerations:

Netherlands
The prize value of giveaways in the Netherlands must not exceed €100,000 per year. There is a maximum of one game of chance per organization a year, with a maximum of 20 drawings per game of chance.
