Why isn't there an option to set reproductive abilities for horses?

I don't understand why it isn't an option. It really should be. Cats & dogs has been out for SO LONG & we've always had that ability. So why not for horses? They should add that as well as being able to set pronouns for horses because that option is there for cats & dogs, so why the hell not!? Lol, anyway yeah there's my rant, I just really want the ability to be there because it helps a whole lot regardless, as well as them needing to fix the breeding system for horses to make it just as detailed if not more than the Cats & Dogs system. But yeah anyways, share your experiences down below if you have anything that ticks you off significantly in this game as well lol
