I give a lot of information but my bug reports get marked as awaiting additional reports. These needs be explained better. The explanation is for reports that they can't figure out if it's a bug or not. Bugs in the backlog that have been verified should remain as verified. That way players know their bug report was acknowledged and can check back to see if there will ever be a fix. The system needs to be clearer for players to understand. I don't think writing a good bug report is enough to get notices.
I also dislike how the search feature was changed. It's way harder to find bug reports now. There are a few I track that I didn't make.
