But it should be an EP with resorts hotels and the team focusing only on giving us Sims 3 type resorts/hotels that we can make and run with casinos that have several machines and not just 2-3. Instead they will give us copies of what we already have such as bed #55 instead of a vibrating bed, heart bed, swan bed or all. Another desk, chair, end table that no simmer needs like with so many other packs. The team needs to use base game stuff on that junk and give us new stuff. $40 is a bunch for stuff already in game. We need 5-7 real working casino things, pools with pool bars and other pool stuff people have been asking for, and real hotels/resorts that can be run. More jobs. They quit making jobs in the Sims 4. There should be the option to run the resort/hotel as a job like with owning stores.
No jobs. No caretaker for the graveyard we didn't get in Vampires. No principal/teacher in college or highschool. No real babysitting. No real bakeries with real jobs. We don't get jobs anymore.
If they stay on subject and quit trying to make several themes in one pack(no farms/woodland, highschools with fairs ect.- This stuff is nice and I do love what they did, but neither is fleshed out and that's part of the Sims 4 problem. Packs aren't fleshed out and never revisited. We probably won't get more farm animals, the ones we got can't breed or roam, and had small lots for farms. Schools could've included grade/preschool/daycare/babysitting/real teaching and principal jobs, but that won't happen. Fairs may never be revisited and there's a waste.
What I would like to see is them use base game stuff as much as possible and let build/buy get eat up in the 5-7 real working machines, an arcade area for the teens and kids who come with them with several arcade machines(we had enough to make an arcade in the Sims 3, which I did with the Katy Perry Cake dome), and introducing riders/coin cars/coin carriage/coin horse/ect. for toddlers because they were plentiful in Sims 3 and none in here. They could have some entertainment while at the casino by this. Also, why not be able to run the casino as well and make it as with hotels.
Also, a gift shop. A real one. With gifts not in the Sims 4 already. Toys for kids/toddlers- maybe a dice throw, dice decor, little slot machine to play with at home that toddlers spit on when they get mad. Things to set up shot glass, ect.
Real hotels/resorts ran like the ones in Sims3 which would be the gameplay because you can make your own and run it and try to get it to measure up such as in Sims 3. Also, make that part of the interior design career so that they can design mansions and hotels as a last resort. Maybe even add builder as a career in the Resorts & Casinos EP. The builder can build up small rooms as addtions and then build up to houses and then on to businesses, hotels, and mansions. Finally they make resorts if they're good enough. Swimable ocean nearby, nice homes, and gold digger/dying spouse making it's way back from the Sims 3. Rooms in the hotel with juicers, toasters, small rotating pizza maker added. Fancy new hot tub, the vibrating bed, heart bed, swan bed since we didn't get anything special like that and lingerie with honeymoons in the Wedding pack.
A large casino, a small casino, a large resort, a large hotel, a small hotel, a gift shop, and 5-7 empty lots to build on from 64x64 to somewhere in the 40's range. Lots are too small in the Sims 4. Since this is a vacation resort, we don't need small lots.
How do we get all that gameplay and stuff...??? by using base game tables, t.v.'s, bar, wallpaper, floors, rugs, sinks, cabinets, lights, showers, doors, windows ect. Players can use the packs they have bought to make better hotels/resorts. Thing is we don't get rug #50, light #103, shower#33, cabinet #17, floor tile #156, ect...... when we don't need it at all taking up pack resources and that's something simmers don't seem to get mad enough about. Keep the resources for new stuff people want and quit spending it on stuff we don't need. This game lacks gameplay and is just now after all these years getting interesting. That's because packs were cut in half or thirds or in Supernatural and Pets cases 8ths in terms of what Sims 4 offers to what Sims 3 offered. World Adventures in 3 fully fleshed out locations compared to Jungle Adventure's one with no working store. I like vendors, but would love a store I can buy whatever I want and as much as I want. The cottage pack didn't fix that either with their stands as it only offers some stuff.
