[XB/PS] Custom Tattoos getting deleted/Limit Reached

got this message when importing household from the Library (last saved 10/26/24):

she doesn't even have any tattoos...

p.s. no Businesses & Hobbies (or any other pack released after 2022)

Another thing to add, thr sim that had the tattoo was made by me but the other sim in the household was from the gallery originally.

This has to be a bug, but if it's not a bug then this needs to be clarified for players who have purchased Business and Hobbies. I'm a console player who has placed Custom Tattoos on ten sims (some have multiple but I would say no more than 20 - 25 tattoos total) in my game and now I get a pop up that says the custom tattoo limit was reached in my save file. I tried searching for more information about this and haven't found a single mention of a Custom Tattoo Limit outside of other console players experiencing the same thing on Reddit. This is HUGELY disappointing as this was the main feature I bought the pack for. I understand there being a limit but 25 tattoos max for a save file is nuts. Could someone clarify if this is meant to happen and if so what the actual limit is per save file, or if it has to do with the amount of Sims. If this is a bug it would be greatly appreciated if this could be looked into, I'm now hindered from playing with custom tattoos at all in my save file now (I can't create them, download Sims that have them, or use them off the gallery). If there is a limit in place I think it would be incredibly beneficial for that limit to be reconsidered taking into account all the ways players are now making use of the custom tattoo function. I was having so much fun and this seriously rained on my excitement for this DLC.

EDIT: I also wanted to add that the first time I got the pop up of my CT limit being reached, I exited the game and reloaded. It let me place more up until the point I'm at now and nothing I do allows me to use custom tattoos anymore (even trying to delete some from previous Sims created).

Could this please be clarified further? This answer does not explain clearly how the tattoo limit seems to work in the game or - and maybe I'm just having a hard time comprehending how the limit works - the issue that I'm having with Custom Tattoo Limit pop-up in my game. 

"Hey all, This is by design due to file size limitations, a max of 100 tattoos can be applied on a single save (this count is applicable only for playable Sims)." 

All of my custom tattoos exist on only my played/currently playing households (as in I haven't moved them from my saved households) and I've gotten the tattoo limit pop-up. If it's true that 100 tattoos can be applied to a single save for playable Sims, why am I getting this pop-up in my game? I also have tried removing tattoos from sims I've placed them on and I'm still getting this pop-up. I'm a PS5 player, so have no mods. 

Oh my god, there is a limit on tattoos? Are you serious?

What's disappointing is that EA didn't bother to let players know there would be a limit to custom tattoos if playing on console. It would have been nice to know ahead of time.

If you've reached the limit of 100 tattoos on your save file, you will need to remove some of your existing tattoos in order to add more to that save.

Are you still seeing this pop-up after you've removed a large number of tattoos from your save file?
