Advise Sim to seek promotion for Neighborhood Confidante aspiraton

Sims can call me to ask me if they think they should seek a promotion. This can advance the counter in Neighborhood Confidante aspiration. The Sim stays in the same career and advances to the next level.

I can ask a Sim to pursue their Dream Job, but this ends up changing the Sim's career.

Why don't I have the option to advise a Sim to seek a promotion? This should be added as an option in the Deep Thoughts so the Sim can stay in the same career but advance just like they would if they call me and ask if they should seek a promotion. If successful, it should also advance the count in the Neighborhood Confidante aspiration.
