@samelsurium3, I don't think it is a bug that you can't get the strays to leave; I think it is just an intended feature. I do wish there was a way to chooses just how many strays come at a time (like a high, medium, and low setting), but I think the thinking behind this is that if you choose to have a bunch of strays on your lot by selecting this lot trrait, then you are going to get a bunch of strays on your lot! 😃 At least the lot trait makes a difference! 😉
@w_Whoa, while I don't play with Mods, I do know that is a popular one and is updated pretty regularly. So I think you are right in that this Mod is probably not causing the problem. It still can't hurt to test it by temporarily removing it and seeing how your game works without it and then putting it back in if removing it doesn't make a difference. 😉 We should be getting a new update soon since Seasons is about to be released , so deaderpool will have to make sure that MCCC is compatible anyway.
Perhaps the dogs tend to come in groups since dogs are more social than cats? 🤔🤨😃 Cat's usually are more solitary than dogs. 😉 But then again I usually get a mixed group of dogs and cats on my lots. This just might be how your game randomly generates strays. 🤔

@w_Whoa, yes it is a bit odd, but I don't think that a pet's personality is taken (much) into account on something like this. I think the attractor that this lot trait has overrides an animal's personality traits. Besides, in real life, even more solitary dogs are still social animals compared to many other types of animals just because of the fact that they are dogs! 😇 In your game the less social dogs will still hang out with the group, they just probably are less happy and more stressed than the super friendly and loyal dogs.
You can also do a test in the same Save Game as this house and just put the Cat Hangout trait on the lot and see if you get any groups of cats that way!🤔 (Or you can temporarily take the Dog Hangout trait off of your current lot and see what happens to the cats in your current household lot.)
Yeah, I would hope that this wouldn't be a game-changing issue for you! 😃 A bit strange and annoying, but entirely livable! 🐶🐱
