10/31/2024 Update: Why isn't my game working?

Sul Sul!

I have been having trouble playing the Sims 4 game on my laptop. Whenever I try to load a save, it will take me to manage worlds, and then when I try to open my household, I get this error code: "The game failed to load. Error Code: 110:b2191b42:a7615c5b. It is recommended that you relaunch the game."

I also started a new save to experiment and it would let me play, but if I went to manage worlds, the same error code would arise.

I do not have my mods installed. I have restarted my computer, restarted the EA app, and relaunched the game numerous times. Nothing has worked...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    @Kill_The_C0w Try the following

    1. Load the lot
    2. Get Error
    3. Load lot again.
    4. If that works. save under a new name and restart to see if it still works.

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

    If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

    Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
