@jpkarlsen The pack is supposed to be based on the renovation TV shows. Usually, when they redecorate a home, they fix what's broken in the home. They also sometimes give new appliances.
@canelacaliente It may be different in different countries perhaps, I don't know but I agree certainly where I am, it all gets done if it's a redesign. My neighbour for example just had her kitchen redecorated and sink replaced. She's getting her bathroom redecorated and shower redesign too, all by the same tradesman and even the roof repaired along with it. On Changing Rooms they do it all too. So maybe there could be different stages of redesign. The client could say if they want just a refresh or a full refurbishment.
