About furniture and home exterior in SIMS4

Thanks for browsing. I'm currently working on a comic and I want to trace and put on that comic the exterior of a room or house I created in SIMS4. I don't use any mods. Would it be possible to trace the exterior of a piece of furniture or a house and put it on a cartoon? I ask for an answer.
