Hey here @marianlarsen,
Your male Sims only have about a 25% chance of becoming pregnant from an alien abduction, so it is going to take several attempts to get it. I do believe the outcome is already decided once the abduction happens, so reloading the game wouldn't change the results.
Keep at it though, and it will eventually happen!

No honestly it just doesn't work at all anymore I have a male sim that's level 10 scientist career with level 10 logic that is constantly getting abducted and not once have I gotten a alien baby if the 25% chance actually functioned properly then by that assessment I should of had at least 1 alien baby with that sim by now (which I have not and have reported that bug multiple times with never once it being fixed)

xX13Violet08Xx Do you have a full house (8 sims... which includes all sims that have a thumbnail in the bottom of the screen, pets, Servos, horses, etc., count, as do the number of 'in-vitro' babies/puppies/kittens any of them have = pregnant sims/animals)? If you have a full house an abducted sim cannot get pregnant. And only male sims that are abducted can get pregnant. I try to always keep a full house to avoid it since my sims, for various reasons, tend to get abducted. One abduction went under the radar a few months ago for me and definitely got pregnant, so unless it broke between then and now, I still see alien abduction pregnancy happening, and regular abductions. So, from what I'm seeing recently, I would say don't lose heart if it's what you want to happen...
