Did you try making your own 'townies' and move them in somewhere and have them 'come courting' (meet, get to know each other, become friends, etc., etc.) your Sims' daughters? Or have the young ladies go over to their home and meet them and pursue that way if you don't want to go in and control the new guy(s). You could even make a household of suitors that are in the same house and switch between households to have the guys visit or pursue and control from the girls' side alternately. That works best for me.
Anyway, that will get boyfriends with traits you want in place for all of your girls.
I am having the same problem and I feel like I shouldn't have to import a family just to get them a husband

@Looneybear15 Hello! Have you played without Mods/CC? Please move your Mods folder to the desktop, delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder and run a game repair before opening the game for testing. Just don't save the game with your Mods removed. You probably want to create a new save for testing.

@Looneybear15 Thanks for the clarification! It is really odd that all NPC male sims would be married to other male sims. As far as I know, there is really nothing in the game that would cause this without a mod. Perhaps something glitched in your current save? Have you tried creating a new save to see if it happens there as well?
