I am from a non-English speaking country and sorry for my broken English.Some of the CCs' names were even changed. I tried re-downloading the game and those CC but nothing has changed.I don't know why and how to solve this problem.
Turn off auto counter. If you click on the counters and just see the gear, click the gear so it looks like this

AKYOKO0303 If you remove all mods and CC except one CC built-in stove, does it work?
I have Dream Home Decorator EP but still have this problem.
Check the pack requirements for the CC. It probably requires that you own specific packs, as there are no basegame built-in stoves.
