Bought Sims 4 expansion pack twice, yet does not appear in library?
I just bought the businesses & hobbies expansion of Sims 4, yet the game is not appearing in my library or in game? I tried to buy it once with one of my cards, and then again with another card, and neither have worked despite having full balances. And I did receive the pop up of the successful purchase on both times. What should I do in this case?? Is this something that's been happening recently frequently or? How can I get a refund for one of those purchases??
Random Shoes on random CAS sim not in shoe collection
I just removed all CC I still have a couple mods but none should affect CC. I want to create my own custom save file with all packs integrated into every world except maybe occult sims. I went into start a new game and I picked the first one I saw cause I liked her features. All I wanted to change was hair and clothes. until I got to hot weather. She's wearing a dress and yellow clog type shoes. I thought I've never seen this shoe in that colour. (I say this a lot) so I went searching for the shoe and I couldn't find it. This happens a lot with hot weather so I removed the filters even the gender ones and still I couldn't find it. I even thought maybe its tied to the dress but its not I like the shoe and I'd like to play with it again but once I exit this CAS I won't likely see it again unless you some how figure out how to add it to the selectable CAS items. I'm just not sure the colour matches her hair wrap.
my gallery won't connect?? help
this started a few months ago, when I loaded my sims game the gallery had gone offline and would not connect online again, I've tried to redownload my game and start a brand new one with new save files and the problems still there, I've tried clearing my cache file and again the gallery won't connect, I use mods and ive taken them all out and still the gallery never connects. I tried downloading a new game and replacing the save files with my original ones which again didn't work, I have no idea how to fix this and I've tried everything everyone recommends yet still my gallery won't connect, what do I do?
Error code still occuring
Hi, I have the error code 132:8850ce8a:1da8b285 and it is stopping me from playing entirely. I try loading into my save which doesnt work by clicking play, I can go into build mode from the load screen but cannot actually play, odd. I have looked around for solutions and so far I have removed ALL mods and cc from my mods folder, I have tried repairing my game on the EA app, I have tried deleting all my cache but it is still coming up I have looked everywhere for a solution could someone help please?
Game refuses to connect to wifi and nothing is working to fix it
So whenever I try to open the gallery, the game tells me "connection is required" and when I click re connect, it just loads forever and nothing happens. I’ve tried restarting, uninstalling, connecting to a different WiFi or completely disconnecting for a few minutes, deleting the localthumbcache file, repairing it…nothing. Nothing is fixing it. Does anyone know how to fix this issue??Gray screen
A few days ago I had installed more dlc and when I waited for it I also download more mods (I have so many) and when I got to play it again the screen looks like this, it has a gray tint to it. I can't click on anything but the screen is still moving? I deleted the game and so much other things I saw online and came to the conclusion that it is my mods. I have no idea how to find the right mods that are messing me up and have already deleted a few but still nothing. I lost all my saves and just want to be able to play so if anyone knows what to do please help!
Endless loading when travelling
Someone please help, I usually always find solutions when I have issues with the sims, but this time I haven't. In my save, the game sometimes doesn't stop loading, spesifically when travelling. It only happens to certain locations and when there's an event taking place. It works fine with certain lots and otherwise my game works fine. My mods are updated and I have better exceptions installed and I haven't gotten any error messages. Is there something wrong with my save? Maybe with the lots I'm trying to travel to?
