game loads up then crashes after a few minutes
Hi y'all, Everytime i load up my game, it freezes then crashes. I have tried the spilt and check menthod and sometimes it crashes and sometimes it doesn't but it doesn't seem to be a specific mod causing the issue, it just crashes sooner with more mods and cc. please please help i've been trying everything for over two weeks. i've repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled. my only two options left are to delete and redownload all mods and cc which numbers in the thousuands so that would take weeks, or starting a new save which would take atleast a week inbetwwen building and cas. i get a crash report but i can't make sense of it. please i'm open to any suggestions at this point. :) sincerly, a very frustrated and discouraged simmer
Game Not Saving
Hello everyone! I a having an issue with my game where I go in, play, go to Manage worlds, and come back to my original household and nothing is saved. No jobs, no actions on what they were doing. Back to their default when I created the save file. I have updated all of my mods and repaired my game twice and it's still not working. Anyone have any idea on what I should do?Infant won't stop morphing randomly
I've noticed since this recent patch update my infant will randomly morph I just started keeping track of how often this happens and these screenshots are 1 sim day apart. I tried to include the interaction and mood of the infant. It's not super frustrating but I have noticed this only showed up after the recent patch I have never had this issue before. I'm not sure if it helps to know he unlocked the sit up milestone.
Sims created via story mode job/traits missing
I've created Sims using the story mode to give them specific jobs & traits but when I go play them their jobs & traits are missing. I've exited the game & restarted it but they are still gone. I usually create them & then finish building their homes, is that what is causing this issue? It's happened several times to me & is very frustrating. I do not use any mods but I do have CC. Anyone else still having issues playing live mode and CAS? I don’t even use mods. I’m frustrated. Here is a list of things that have happened in my game recently since the update yesterday: Male sim glitches when playing as a parent. The child either clings to him weirdly or his action panel has multiple actions pop up and won’t stop adding to the queue. Sim newborn and toddler’s needs are being weird. For example, because the male sim glitches, I get the mom to do the task with the child instead. My child’s needs for fun and energy are “dangerously” low and I tried putting her to sleep and she won’t go to sleep. So I can’t get her energy bar to go back up. Also my nanny and butler were helping take care of the kids but then it started messing them up too. “Slenderman” child glitch is happening to my kid now when trying to do an action… ifykyk. CAS keeps popping into tutorial mode even though I don’t click it so I can’t add more sims or animals to my household in CAS. I like adding pond effects to my ponds and fountains like the swans, ducks, fireflies and dragonflies but for some reason, they aren’t showing now during live mode. They’re still there in the pond on build mode but not live mode. There are some other things but that’s pretty much the gist right now. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues or what do I do? I’ve repaired and cleaned out my cache multiple times. When my sim glitches like that I don’t even save the game and just exit it to try and restart where it was last saved but it still glitches pretty quickly after restarting the game. I do want to point out that I do use sims from the gallery that have max skills but says the creator didn’t use cc’s or mod’s, cause it’s easier when starting out a household imo. It takes too long for them to build the skills otherwise lol. The game was working fine up until late last night, eastern standard US time.
Sim can't stop picking one thing multiple times.
Autonomy is broken. Have mods installed but they aren't autonomy related. Some may be scripts for gameplay... I don't know what happened I had normal gameplay for a while (aside from my sim wanting to jump in water every chance he gets LIKE EVERY SINGLE SECOND) I went to the store came back and then jumped on again and.... not long after choosing to hit something with a sword, he starts being indecisive... constantly choosing one autonomy item and sticking to it but like... filling the whole task bar with the one thing... For instance... meet the technophile Yeah this is... not ok. I'm wondering if starting up the game again will fix it or make it worse. And for some reason when I open my game and my mods are enabled, my character is missing their hair... but in-game it isn't... he's got hair.BE Keeps giving me a Kingdom_Service.Py Error Help! (please)
Hello I recently updated my game, Updated all of my mods, Removed Broken CC, And the package files however I’m still experiencing an issue. Better Exceptions, Is saying that its 100% related to something called “Kingdom_Service.py” Because of this, I am unable to load into my family/save at all. I can Go into create a sim, Go into manage worlds but as soon as I try to actual play with my sims/load into a game im stuck on a infinite loading screen and the expectations pops up. Does anyone know what Kingdom_Service.py is linked to, or how I can fix this? Thanks in advance :)
