Spandrel and Frieze issue
I have a wall of spandrels that have a frieze so it is pushing them down. I added a flat platform next to it and on one side it is making the spandrel ignore the frieze while its working fine on the other side. I've tried replacing it and copy and pasting one side and the other. Any idea why its doing this and how to fix it?
Help, my elder sims have become immortal.
Hi, I've been having this issue for the past two months, I've tried everything online but nothing seems to work. My sims age normally, but when they reach their Elder years, they become immortal (age bar changes to days lived and doesn't advance - like a vampires). I use mods. Has this happened to anyone before, if so how can I fix this?Lots are not loading
First of all, I use a lot of mods—like, a lot of mods. I didn’t have internet for the past few weeks, which is why I couldn’t update everything right away. Now that my Wi-Fi is back, I’ve updated the game and all the mods that had updates available. I initially tested everything in a separate test world (not my main save file) to check for issues, and everything seemed completely fine. Today, I played normally for about 4 or 5 hours. But then, I tried to load one of my older lots (about a year old), and it just didn't work properly. Or rather, the lot was completely empty. Normally, there are tons of custom content restaurants and shops there, but instead, it just showed the default EA shops that are usually in that spot. Strangely, when looking at the map view, it still shows my custom builds with all the CC just like I built them back then. I’ve already tried a lot of troubleshooting steps. I disabled all my mods first, and later removed them from the Mods folder entirely. I loaded up the game multiple times to try and enter different lots. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. When it did load, the lot was completely wiped clean—just an empty plot of land. But even without CC, the walls should at least still be standing, since they are from the base game/packs! Even if the CC objects disappear, the structure itself shouldn't just vanish. I've honestly tried so much now and I'm completely stuck. I just really want to play with my main save file again. Does anyone know if this is a known issue or if multiple people are experiencing this right now? Please help!cant ask a specific sim to be part of a wedding?
so i have the wedding stories pack and two of my sims are engaged. i'm trying to ask the groom's best friend to be the ring bearer but none of the options for wedding roles show up. i've tried asking with both the bride and groom ( who both have max friendship with him); for the groom, the activities menu shows up but the only option is to practice fighting and when i try with the bride, the activities tab doesnt even show up. i've also tried re-announcing the engagement to him with both sims, scheduling the wedding first THEN asking him, resetting the sim, repaired my game, deleted cache files and even removed all mods but nothing has worked. has anyone else experienced this and is there anything else i should be trying?my game is not loading or let me move my sims to a new lot
my game not loading it tells me it a error 801 . when I tried to place a home done from the gallery and when i tried to move my sims to a new lot and when I press go back and play the game it stop or goes to the loading screen of death. I do play with mods they are all up to date the game was working fine with them and i took the out too and I am still getting the error 801 code
