Another family moved in - how do i get them to leave?

My sim lives alone in an house with one or two extra sleeping places (bed and couch) and after befriending one of the neighbours one of them calls my sim and says something along the lines of "My family is in quite a pickle right now you have extra sleeping places right? Could we stay over for a while?" And i just pressed yes out of curiosity but now i really need them to leave since my sim needs the money from an actual roommate. I cant seem to find an easy way of making them leave, can anyone help? what do i do?
