Anyone else having issues with Noble Title Customization?

I am not ready to put a bug report in yet, cause I haven't tried without mods yet. But I have continuously lost pre-set up world noble titles, and then they reset/get lost even if... I double check, and save!

I have seemed to have anchored the titles if I assign a Sim in that world to the noble career with the customized titles done (better to do it after (instead of before), because I have done it 2+ times from multiple attempts (I did 1-3 before customize titles then made a noble sim (and it won't stick), but if I make the noble first, then customized the titles, and then save it seems to stick)).

Also, it takes some time to "update" the customized titles, I recommend leaving world and re-entering or just back to main menu and back (make sure you save!).
