The paranormal stuff pack doesn't show up on my origin account. Does anyone else have this problem?

Today has been launch to the public the new stuff pack for the Sims 4: Paranormal.
I notice that is not available in Origin. Someone knows why?
I'm also looking for it to purchase it and it's not there....
I have not seen it on my origin as well. I e-mail ea. to find out why. Hope to get answer soon.
I usually don't buy packs the same day it's released. Does it usually happen at midnight? I'm from Norway, so maybe it followes the US.
I'm in the US and its almost 9AM here and Its not available for purchase on Origin. I checked to see if it was an Origin issue and Steam has it listed as unavailable and set to release within 12 hours (estimated). So I'm guessing at some point in the day it'll be available, maybe if we're lucky late morning or in the afternoon sometime, or I guess because of the time difference from the US to Norway, maybe late afternoon early evening?
Ok. Thank you. It's 6 hours time difference, so it's 15.00 here.

Though it is now live the stuff pack after downloading and installing for me does not show up in-game. I currently tried repairing, updating and now will be reinstalling the game.
Is there any known bugs that could cause the pack to not be visible in the legacy 32 bit version of the game, all other packs and base game works fine. It is just this one for me.
