Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Do the other lock options work properly for you ? There's several reports for issues with locks. Don't think there's one specifically for baby proofing
- Please also edit your post for this to be only about the baby proofing. The spawning of infants outside has a thread here already: Infants/Toddler spawning outside of home after loading back in | EA Forums - 5038737 and should be resolved in today's patch.
